A qualified candidate is sought for the following position:
Director of the Prior Unity Academy
The Prior Unity Academy is a project being initiated in 2011 by the Anthroposphere Institute, Switzerland.
Qualifications required in a suitable candidate include:
- Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent academic qualification
- Publications on the "a priori" unity, or intrinsic indivisibility, of all life
- Experience in working with world-class philosophers to explore the principles implicit in a future design of human culture, based on prior unity
- Strong working knowledge of: (1) current events, (2) global systems, (3) historical philosophical traditions, and (4) the global commons.
- Demonstrated capacity as a communicator, including written materials, public presentations and teaching experience at university level.
- Basic knowledge of German; fluent in English.
Initailly, the position would be part-time.
